WP Feedback

Make Client Feedback and Change Requests Effortless

As a WordPress professional, one of the most frustrating and time-consuming parts of my job is getting content or changes from a client. About six months ago I came across a really helpful tool that I am using on all of my new projects, which is called WP Feedback. In short, WP feedback streamlines the content-related communication between you and your client.

WP feedback installs just like any other plugin, but gives the client a simple and easy way to navigate around their site, click on and element, and request a change. Check out this video as I demo the tool.

If you want to learn more about this plugin, you can visit the WP Feedback Site. They say it can shave two weeks off a project. Obviously that is going to depend on the project’s scope, but I do find that it is a great way to ensure that you’re able to keep up on change requests. It’s always frustrating for a client when changes get missed, and always frustrating for designers when the client is upset because a change was missed due to the fact that it was mentioned in passing in an email thread that had nothing to do with the change.
